Sat. 14 July: Travel to Beijing by limousine bus
Sun. 15 July: Concert at World Choral Summit
Mon. 16 July: Concert in Beijing
Tue. 17 July: Departure from Beijing

Conditions of participation
1. Participants must be between 18 to 28 years of age on 1 July 2012.
2. Events will be conducted in English, so a good working knowledge of the language is required.
3. Accommodation, meals, local transfers/transport and all material needs are provided by the host organization.
4. Participants are responsible for their own expenditure on:

a. Travel from home country to host country (arriving in Tianjin Airport), and back home again (departing from Beijing Airport).
b. Visas and other official requirements.
c. Pocket money for personal expenses.
